Went to the store for a single item that showed as in stock at this store. Price at store was higher than online and they wouldn’t price match the item. First the associate said it was a different item and when I showed her they were the exact same item number she said the system wouldn’t allow for a price adjustment. I thought about ordering online (as I stood in the store) for instore pick up but the associate was quite rude and I didn’t want to spend any money after my short encounter with the store employee. Will not return and would not recommend due to poor employee attitudes.
Hands down the most unhelpful, incompetent store you could possibly hope to visit. They will cost me hundreds in an online order because they are incapable of common sense or making anything right. Go absolutely anywhere else. Another branch, another brand. Do anything but use this particular store for anything.
Love it there. Cutest clothes for kids and I love their sales. These clothes are kids proof. No complaints about the employees either.
Don't waste your time in this location, their return policy is garbage, We had Christmas gift, the associate was not willing to help us get a higher size or a return with out no receipt. Story policy sucks.
Went into the store today and three employees all standing by the door pretending to work as they talk about the one girls wedding. None of them acknowledged any customers or asked if they needed anything. Witnessed other customers come in after me and received the same treatment. Even when leaving. Nothing. Would not even waste my time going into this one ever again
