Being in Maryland I relied on Joe's Automotive Repair to perform a thorough inspection of a vehicle I'm purchasing. Their assessment, photos and professionalism EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! I especially appreciate Izzy's personal touch of the additional photos; drawing close attention to detail of minor imperfections not previously known to me.

We were out of town on vacation needing car repairs ASAP & didn't know where to go for help. Shannon & Izzy, running the office, could not have been more wonderful! The mechanic squeezed us in & explained clearly what the problems were. Our older Volvo left driving perfectly. I even had a chance to meet Joe.nnJoe's Automotive smoothed out what could have progressed into a very stressful situation. The 5 star rating doesn't seem high enough. I recommend this family run business to anyone who wants car repairs performed by people who are honest, forthright & fair.

Very friendly. Came here for a second opinion after the dealership quoted me 3600. They fixed the issue for 600. Would recommend
