I had an appointment, made far in advance, for 9 am on a Tuesday. They never did begin to LOOK at my car by 1 o'clock. Thats not right. So I left with my business and I won't go back
Called them to see if they would install new parts (shock absorbers) I had sourced myself but I guess they like to make their money on a mark-up of parts as well as their labour rates. They wouldn't install the shocks! Caution if you're getting parts from this business. I'll probably just go to a few shops in Seattle that said they had no problem doing this.
Rebuilt my prius batteries for me. Hopefully good for an another 100k
Wayne always takes such good care of me whenever I am in need parts. He's always extremely accommodating.
