Olsen’s is fantastic! I recently and unfortunately hit a deer with my car, and they were very quick to respond with an estimate, communicate with my insurance, and schedule a drop off time to start working on my car. They kept me updated the entire time and made me feel like my car was in good hands. Amazing job, I would highly recommend.

I've been to Olsen Auto Body & Collision twice now for work on my Subaru. The first time my car had been the victim of a hit and run, the second time my car was hit by a buck exiting I-5. I don't have the best of luck, apparently. The staff at Olsen's has always been kind, courteous and professional. They did a good job on my car and kept me informed. I highly recommend them for auto body work!

These guys are a good company, but I had a poor recent experience. I need to go back in and make sure the work will be done to an acceptable standard. The bumper is still misaligned which was the only reason I brought the vehicle in for repair. I also had some new damage introduced to the side of my door, looks like it was opened into a wall while at their place (maybe the wind blew it open?) I don’t know if much can be done about this new damage.Hate to be negative, but that’s my November 2020 experience.

I was so impressed with Olsen Auto Body and Collision.nnThe staff were very professional and made sure I got a rental car delivered to their facility. The work was completed in less time than expected with communication to help me anticipate the pick up date. My car was cleaner both inside and out as if it had been specially detailed. They even fixed a chip in my door that was not accident related for free.nMy car looks better than new. Thanks to everyone involved. I even met the owner on my out and I thought he was an employee as I raved about my experience. He thanked me for the positive comments. What a nice person he is. I can see why his company is so successful.

This was such an awesome place. Getting into my first car accident and not having a clue what to do, Olsen was so great in helping me figure things out. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!
