Johnson's Towing

We loved it at first because Bubba seemed like a really great guy and didn't know the reasoning for the towing of our vehicle. Once we explained the situation to Johnson's he said ok give us(Johnson's Towing and Auction) a good review and we will give you a very good deal on your bill. Well,Bubba only knocked a few bucks off our bill,which was better than nothing, I suppose, it still was well over 400 to get our truck back.W We hade been at the Super 8 Ferndale for 68 days and the employees Terrance and Les,and Aman Sangha the Super 8 Ferndale manager, took it upon themselves to have our truck improperly towed. Our vehicle was legal with the DOL, parked within the parking lines in it's space. We have challenged the impound, and will win in Whatcom County Court. We already have spoken with the ATG's (Attorney General) office. We received a cc: Notification from the Assistant Attorney General,Ashley Mc Dowell, addressed to Aman Sangha, he has been ordered to pay back the $428.00 it cost us to get our truck back. As for the Improper Towing..It was illegal to tow our truck according to WA State Law. And these people knew it. They did not give required notice of intent to tow . They did it because if they didn't tow right then, Aman, Les and Terrance would have found someone else to do their illegal bidding. These guys are just as guilty of illegal activities as The Hotel Super 8 Bellingham Airport/Ferndale located at 5788 Barrett Rd Ferndale, Washington 98248. Johnson's should have negative stars for their partnership in illegal practices of stealing money from innocent people. The question is, just how many more people have fallen victim to their evil little schemes?

Absolutely great service, the men and women who work here really take pride in their work. I absolutely loved their humor and I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

Horrible service..The guy lied and said he was closed. My car is stuck there. I used triple AAA and he is lying and saying it's a Police impound.

They helped tow my car with no brakes out of our garage at the top of a steep, narrow, and slick driveway a couple of weeks ago. It was a tricky situation, but the tow driver was optimistic throughout, and sure enough, he got the car out. Very reasonable price for an unusual tow and a 10-mile delivery.
