I Would like to share with the local community of Whatcom county and who ever else plans on or does have the vehicle serviced FOR ANY REASON at this location!! I WOULD NOT WHAT SO EVER RECOMMEND U AT ALL CONSIDER TAKING YOUR VEHICLE THERE!! At first our vehicle had been towed from a personal friends mechanic shop to get work,he had got to a point where he did not have to equipment to program a fuel model for our 2009 Chevy traverse ltz so we had it towed to this dealership, the women who we first worked with was or great help and worked with us, and understand we had needed any work confirmed by us first due to funds at the moment, well she had her weekend so other employees got Involved and worked was performed that was not authorized first. That problem was resolved after a week and a half period. We were emailed an invoice with only dollar amount now performed work that was done tho. The was just under $300 dollars, we communicated with them and let them know we would be in soon to pick up and we were told that is fine the car is done and ready to go when u can. Well a couple had pasts and we had received a letter in mail from ASAP TOWING that our car was impounded by the dealership, so vehicle was sitting there for 2 days by now due to mail being delivered to us, at that point we immediately called the tow yard and the bill was $563 to get out, the dealership called my wife's cell phone and left a message and did not try our house phone which they new was secondary phone due to no cell service at home and always called our house with updates etc well my wife had Covid a couple days after her last conversation with the service manager which is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS OF HIS JOB!! I HAVE HAD 2 MANAGMENT POSTIONS AND HAVE DONE A FEW CUSTOMER RELATIONS CLASSES AND HOW TO PROPERTY DEAL WITH EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER AND HE DID NOT FIT THE CRITERIA OF MANAGEMENT. So we picked up vehicle from tow yard and with 2 witness from there observed with us how our vehicle was tore apart plastics from all over interior for unknown reasons. Glove box down and broken. Our tvs headphones broken, our vehicle code reader was no longer in vehicle,my cologne was missing, my medicine was spilt out on seat and floor board. 2 rear sets lifted forward not replaced in there position, when I tried contacting the service manager for 2 days with no replay the third day I finally talked and then meet with him following day. He said he doesn't have techs that work like that and he asked them about belongings and they claimed it was not them which I confirmed the condition and confirmed the items I had missing where in the vehicle from the shop it was worked on before the Chevrolet dealership and they were there in our vehicle. He said word for word what was in glove box isnt there now and continues to talk to my wife I cut him off and said well where is then? He said he didnt know. He didnt want to settle with working an agreement out to settle being all the conflict, I asked for tow bill money back and swash our balance he said he wont. I said I would fix all broken. Items and explained since beginning of the job all the conflicts and that we are thankful for taking care of the unauthorized work for us and that we were happy to take care of our bill and we do appreciate the work. But how did we get a call saying the vehicle is done and ready to be picked up when the condition was ABSOLUTELY POOR WHEN WE PICKED UP FROM TOW YARD I explained that to manger ,and said u cant expect customers to pick up there vehicle like that. And send invoice with amount owed and no details of work done, and saying there paper didn't say this and that about alot such as not haveing our house number because every other call was to our house so how the BS even right? Our broken items in vehicle our missing items. Then he claimed our vehicle had looking problems and had to be broken to in parking lot, I told him I'm gonna have police look at cameras, he snapped at me and said well I could look. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
