I'm not car savvy so have no way of knowing what was done on my car. Or how well it was done. Except to trust what was indicated on my receipt. I must trust that paying more was worth it for the Certified GMC maintenance work. I loved the car wash... the best ever.Though I expect I paid for it. I'm also grateful for the Senior Discount I was given because I am on a fixed income and this car work was a huge expense for me. I do wish they had been able to give me a loaner car to drive home and back. I had to pay another $40 to rent a car, and had to be driven to the Airport to rent the car. All in all, a good experience. I feel confident driving my car with 83,000 miles.

Brought my car in for a headlight issue, Jen in the service dept kept me well informed about what was happening and being found by the technicians, when the cost of repairs got really high she was thoughtful enough to call and see if there was a chance I had an extended warranty to help ease the financial impact. The part was going to take a while to be shipped so I was given a complimentary rental, she then went above & beyond by over night shipping the part and got my car back to me way sooner than anticipated. She was a rock star and the technicians did an awesome job!

First everything was going great the guy that showed us the cars we looked at was super sweet and excited. As we got talking, and started negotiating it didn’t go so well. It ended really rudely. The sales manger was extremely rude and said “why did you waste our time.” At the end of the day it’s your job to provide customers with good customer service even if they buy or not. The sales mangers both weren’t on the same page . After this experience we won’t ever be coming back.

The visit was great, everyone was very friendly. When I got home I read the information from the technician on the the condition of my vehicle. All inspection results were positive except the comments on the engine air filter. It stated that the filter was very dirty and needed changing! My vehicle has a K&N filter that was cleaned and re-oiled two days before the visit. It is very clear that this type of filter is installed as there are several labels that show what is there.
