I bought my Kia Soul GT Turbo in Colorado, but I have moved back here to Washington state. I brought my Soul in for its first scheduled maintenance . The service staff was very courteous and attentive. They performed the task quickly and thoroughly. I recommend Smith Kia service department to all Kia owners. I love my little turbo and am a Kia owner for life.

I worked with half a dozen Kia dealers in Washington State before purchasing my new Stinger. All dealers are a significant distance from me, so I needed to work with dealers that were willing to communicate via email and phone. Matt Nichols (sales manager) helped me via phone and email. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. While I eventually purchased from a dealer slightly closer to my location, it should not reflect poorly on Smith Kia of Bellingham. I don't hesitate to recommend this dealership based on my experience with Matt and will reach out to him again should I be in the market for a new Kia.
