Had a great experience at Dewey Griffin Subaru. Folks were all very kind, worked quickly to get me the car I wanted and didn’t waste my time with other dealership style games like flashing brake lights and other undocumented mark ups. Will G. was a wonderful salesperson to work with! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me all of the safety features and how they work (Subaru was new to me so this was very helpful!). He was fun to work with on this deal and I am very happy with how it all turned out!

Happy Thanksgiving to the Dewey Griffin Subaru team! I remain profoundly grateful for the cheerful, kind, and professional experience of purchasing a new Forester from Dewey this past summer. I had given up the search in frustration with dealers near me, but sent an email with a simple question late on a Friday evening. Very early Saturday I had a reply, and within 90 minutes a deal was closed. It would have gone even faster, but for a request concerning my trade-in that took some time to run down. Three hours later I arrived in Bellingham and took delivery of my new vehicle swiftly and easily. I offer a special shout out to Gage Daniels, Heath Warner, and Guy Miller who together made everything so easy. Above all I'd like to acknowledge a vanishingly rare quality among today's auto dealers: the authentic empathy, care, and down-home sincere friendliness of a family-owned operation. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you!

Within a couple days I was able to test drive a new 2021 Subaru Forester and make a purchase. John was a joy to work with--taking the time to help me navigate all the new features since I was previously driving a 2010 Ford Escape. I never felt pressured during the experience and left feeling like I got a very fair deal. I look forward to working with John/Dewey Griffin for the life of my vehicle.

Gage Daniels was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire buying process. We went back and forth on e-mail due to my incessant questioning and he was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to get the information I asked for. When it came time to go into the dealership, Gage had everything ready when I walked in the door and the transitions between staff members to complete my paperwork/financing were seamless.nnThe dealership itself has a large open lobby with plenty of space for social distancing. They have done a great job with taking the necessary precautions for Covid.nnThanks to the whole Dewey team!
