Mark was my sells rep and he was awesome. Even though he was new he went above and beyond helping me. Wendy the finance manager not only got me a great rate on the truck I purchased but helped me refinance an existing loan with a great rate. Outstanding job.
We dropped my Aunts Fusion off for a recall repair. We asked the service dept to wash car, which we were glad to pay for. They said they absolutely would and circled it on work order. Picked up car 2 days later and it wasn’t washed...very disappointed!!
I trust my Ford to Ford. However the maintenance pricing here is shady. Was given a written estimate but when I picked up my car it was well over that. When asked about the difference was more or less given the run around. Spoke with the owner who passed it back to the service desk. Someone called, left a message. Have tried to return thaf call a few times and nothing. Most recently had an oil change there and another written estimate was exceeded well over. I noticed on page two of the repair order that 'customer acknowledges estimate of $130' even though my written estimate stated 80 + tax. How much do you think my bill was? Shady and no explanation. My Ford will not be going back to Bellingham Ford. Good luck if yours does.
Absolutely amazing ! Marcy was great! We showed up to look at a specific truck, she didn't try to get us into something more expensive, no sales speech, no pressure , they were polite during price negotiating, met us half way on the truck price and our trade in. Had the truck detailed while we did paperwork. I would recommend this to everyone and will be coming back in a few years to get my car.
Purchased a vehicle on July 6th. I wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime soon but they had one that I liked (My almost 4 year old daughter really loved it). Numbers were ran and it was to my liking. Michelle and Wendy are great to work with! Thanks Bellingham Ford!
