Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I don’t know very much about cars, and they explained everything well and even told me a few things that will help me keep my car running at its best. I feel confident in recommending Bruce Cox Imports to others and will continue going there myself.

Great service and attention to details for the last 9 years I have been taking my car to Bruce Cox Imports. The Service Department always thoroughly checks my car over when I take it in for oil changes and lets me know when I need a new battery, etc. They hand wash my old 2007 Lexus beautifully and even clean the wheels. This last time they rotated the tires with no charge. They will provide loaner cars free of charge. I have the utmost confidence in them maintaining my car and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their shop is really, really clean. They are the best.

I have been taking my vehicles to Bruce Cox for over a decade. They are honest, knowledgeable and dependable - a true locally owned family business. I have referred family and friends to them over the years and would choose no other place to have work done on my beloved gas powered fleet.

Charlie and Jerry were, as usual, just what one would want from an auto repair shop. They always present my various options to me before starting on any work. Work was professionally done and well on-time. They even went above and beyond by installing a WeatherTech floor covering for me that I had purchased online. No charge. Gave me a great, clean loaner and didn’t charge me “an arm and a leg”. And of course the complimentary car wash. I’ve been giving these guys my business for 3 decades now and will continue to do so!
