Rabbi Lipsker and the synagogue community at large have shown themselves to be incredibly welcoming to all, especially to new Jewish residents of the Reading, Pennsylvania, area. One's first experience at Chabad-Lubavitch of Berks County immediately feels familiar and comfortable. Thank you for all you have done for the community and for new families!

I met the Rabbi and his warm and beautiful family.Now Im trying to learn about their traditions. I have many questions and will be in touch with his wife. Very warm and friendly couple who offered me the use of their phone.His wife bakes very good bread.Now I must look,at up I forgot what it was called.Thank you again for your kindness

Chabad of Berks does amazing work and it's truly a shame that the shul is so far away from most hotels and affordable housing. They regularly have Caron patients for Shabbos and holiday meals almost every week. Rabbi and Rebbetzin Lipsker are some of the most amazing shulchim I've come upon. Unfortunately, there is not much of a frum community to speak of but they have done so much to light the neshamas of many young Jews and encourage mitzvah performance and yiddishkeit in a very difficult area to do so. Mazel tov to them for their continued efforts and may they receive much nachas from their amazing children and their efforts in our small community.

This place is nuts!! , loved it here
