Excellent service
I went through the drive thru today after not being to a traditional Starbucks in many years. I don't have my Starbucks card active anymore and I didn't have any cash. I paid with a card. The person who helped me was so completely understanding when there was a mix up with my order. I am certain it was my fault but they were very nice and chatty while my order was corrected. I did not sense any animosity as they had to fix the problem that I am certain I caused. They didn't blame me or make me pay! That was a surprise. I offered to pay for the corrections but they insisted on me not paying. Anyway, I just wanted to tip them or make them know that they really were sweet and kind and that I really appreciated them for their patience and understanding. Great job you! Thank you for being brightness in a dark world!!!
Staff is very friendly! One of the best Starbucks in Bellingham to go to! Very fast service when going to the drive through!
I understand take every precaution, but not leaving a trash can out side of the restaurant one should be able to throw away paper trash from a muffin. I felt like just leaving it outside on the sidewalk.
Great service and quick in spite of the long line!
