This spacious cafe is the darling of the nonprofit and city-worker crowd. No matter how filled the space, it is generally quiet.nEven with an expanded baked goods counter, Adagio continues to offer not one single vegan baked good or treat. Additionally, they penalize those who don't or can't do dairy with an up-charge for soy or rice milk. This causes us to choose other local coffee placed over Adagio.
I love their Mayan mocha, it's wonderful. And they have oat milk so that's happy. It's also a mellow environment and the employees have always been great the handful of times I've been in.
Easily among the most high class cups of coffee available in Bellingham. A perfect cup of coffee every single time, they have never let me down.
I've only experienced this cafe postcovid, but the few times I've been there the service has been delightful. They keep their space very clean, and I always enjoy what I get. Decor wise is very standard when you think of a cafe, I think that's pretty much their only downfall.
Hey folks. This is a really nice and cozy cafe.they have excellent coffee drinks and the staff are super friendly. A must have while in Bellingham. Enjoy!
