They had everything I needed. The store was very clean and there was an employee on the floor when I needed them. The cashier was an amazing friendly person. Im very happy with my trip to family dollar.
This store is trashed literally everything is all over the floor everything is broken things are not in the correct place. I dont understand why this store is still open. I thought the one on penn street was bad but this one won .
The shelves are always empty there's always nothing but chaos going through that store not to mention there's never enough cashiers for the line that's wrapping around the front of the store I just I'm done shopping there
They overcharge. The price next to the item is not the price on the cash register. They charge me from the cash regions. The two workers got nasty with me about it.
Employees lack knowledge of store policy and procedure. The weekend manager could not operate the stores camera system. Lost my phone in the store, when I went back it was gone. I asked to view the footage and she could not help. She instructed me to call back on Tuesday (2 days later) when the regional manager is available. Serpiously!!! The thieves will be long gone by then. Useless!!! They should, in the least answerthe phone.
