Love this place..n.staff is greAtn...it's like a treasure hunt everyday.
People empty everything in their carts before anyone has the chance to look. This is extremely greedy and the workers/ staff do not stop them. Please stop allowing a few people to empty everything in their carts and sort is individually. It’s not fair to other shoppers. I’ll update my review if anything is ever done about this. Favoritism at its finest.
There is no control at this place. There are regulars who empty the entire store in their carts and laugh while doing it. They’ve gotten aggressive and when you tell staff, they tell you to get aggressive back. What?? What kind of establishment is this? How hard is it to make rules and stop people from being greedy. Within five minutes of walking into the store, the clothing is scooped on the floor and in everyone’s carts. The level of hostility here is unreal which is why people argue and fight frequently. Literally a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I seriously think this place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau! Or whoever to seriously answer the same issues reported from customers time and time again! I have written reviews and get the same generic response. They have no intent to fix any of the serious concerns customers report.nThey have rules posted, but that’s just for appearances. They will not enforce any rules and don’t bother telling the employees. Nothing is done , because the violators, you know the ones with 5 carts, spend lots of money!nSeriously, how can this place open their doors? They allow merchandise people donate to be broken.nCustomers get attacked by animal like behavior.nChildren in bins rummaging through the merchandise, dumping games and puzzles. Parents could care less because they taught their kids how to disrespect people and not follow rules.nIn ending, I’d like to share the newest joke about the new hours. This store is now open til 9:00PM. I went in at 8:05 and they were taking the bins away. I asked the worker why and he said “I do what I’m told”. You need to ask the supervisor. Well, she was up front watching them roll the bins to the back room.nWhat to do... hmmmm!
The new set up makes it hard to push your cart through. NOT safe given the current pandemic. TOO close to others during coronavirus season. Also, people cut line constantly and workers don’t do anything about it. Very disappointing
