Excellent customer service from young black associate. I asked him his name but forgot it. I will edit this after I find out his name again. I was there shopping with my friend Caroline. We were shopping for a special occasion coming up that weekend. There were several items we couldn't find but each time we asked him he went out of his way to help us locate those items or direct us. If he didn't know whether you carried a product he looked it up or he enthusiastically went to find out. He helped us find figs, sauerkraut and other items. We were also excited to find Lysol. The bakery expertly decorated a cake for Caroline's sister's birthday.

Delivery is unreliable . They don't even know the vegetables they are picking for the costumer plus they don't know their inventory. Sometimes it says is out of stock when is not. Sometimes it says that is in stock when is out. You can buy non perishable items from them but always check your purchases because they don't check dates. Frozen items come unfrozen when they deliver them. It might be a good idea for some big chain to deliver items but please,find more reliable delivery people, pickers and better scanner systems so that the employees can do their work better. I understand that is an emergency situation and that you guys are busy, but we the costumer are also busy and in need of good supplies. We are paying for freshness and quality but aren't getting what we are paying for. Fix the bugs and hiccups and you will be heroes, but if you live it like it is, you will be stealing from the costumer.
