I still like this Goodwill and the manager here is really friendly as well as most of the workers. However, what is up with the prices?! Women's long sleeved shirts are now $5.75 , an increase from $4.25. Boys shirts also went up from $2.50 to $3.50. This price increase is the same in all the local PA Goodwills. At this point it makes more sense to browse clearances from other stores or pay 1 to 2 extra dollars and shop at Ross. At least there guaranteed to find what I'm looking for.nI was just there yesterday and they had a long table right beside the women's clothing with women's shoes, mostly boots. They were priced $20-$25. Also the ladies coats some of them were also $20. Seriously at this point Burlington or Ross is your best bet. Or even clearance boscovs. I encourage you to go check it out!nGoodwill stores are supposed to be for as the name implies.... Goodwill. At a time when many of us are struggling to catch up with bills it's frustrating to see an increase in price for basic necessities such as clothing for our children.
Very wood
Prices have gone up considerably. You are better off going to Walmart , Dollar Tree , or Five Below. Yes, Goodwill here in Reading, has become THAT pricey, sheesh -_- .nnEdit #1: The boilerplate response from management below, is a good indication of how little they care
Love it!
The shelves were kinda full, but good sized carts to get around. I gave the 5 stars because of the cashier Loretta..I think is her name? Anyways she's always nice, but she told me that the carts aren't allowed outside but since I had a huge sale she told me to pull my car up to the curb & waited with my stuff curbside. I appreciate the customer service and the million times she thanked me for shopping @ Goodwill!
