Cabins are awesome, spacious and clean. Pool is great. Excellent view close to the road but what isn't right on the road in Moab. RV spots are nice and long but not very wide. Tent spots are very close to each other. If you are looking to rent camp somewhere another place by the river would be better. But if you're looking for a real camping experience but if you're just trying to have a flat spot for your tent and also have other amenities like showers restrooms and a pool this is the place for you as a tent camper as well.

We stayed here for two nights, and several times throughout our stay we kept saying how lucky we felt for staying here over some of the other places along the same street. Greg, Rhonda, and Roger were incredible and friendly camp hosts (staff, and full of helpful information to ensure we had the best time and saw everything we wanted to see while in Moab. The bathrooms were clean, actually- the entire campground was really clean and just well kept. We often saw Roger out there taking care of the plants and watering- and he was always friendly and said hello! Everyone that worked there just seemed really happy to be there. When we go back to Moab, we’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed on 6/28/20. Restrooms were okay; one door was broken. The pool was open, but there's a pandemic so we didn't use it. Staff all wore masks. The campsites are fine except for one thing. When the wind kicks up, put on some goggles. I seriously will bring goggles if I ever go back there. Every blink was pain for 2 days. The campsites are dust and dirt. Dinner that evening was a little gritty. At 1:44 am, dust started pouring into our tent from under the rain fly. We could feel each wave of dust coating our skin. I went out and put a tarp on the side of the tent from which the wind blew. Luckily, there are large stones around to hold the bottom of the tarp down. Later, the wind blew a different way at times and dust came in from the other side. I had to use a picnic blanket and do the same thing on that side. I slept less than 3 hours that night. Breakfast in the morning was even more gritty. Red dust was in and on everything. I suggest warning guests about the dust and wind and having very large tarps available for folks staying in tents. I recommend that guests bring goggles and shower right before leaving as there's no point in doing it sooner.

I have stayed here a few times before, all of which have been pleasant. Showers, toilets, and optional power make it a more glamorous camping experience. However, during this time it is completely packed with people, all of whom are running around without masks. Would not recommend due to the current circumstances, but any other time I would rate it top notch.
