RED ROCK SEMI TRUCK & RV REPAIR

My RV started making awful noises on a trip to Denver. This owner responded to my phone calls, followed up with me, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it the next day! For a reasonable price! And he was nice. I'm very grateful, and highly recommend them.

In a world where we are solely dependent on computers to diagnose everything, this guy fixed my rv without getting a code to pull up. He is a very knowledgeable gentleman with reasonable rates! If you are in a jam, this is your man!

The guy took all day to answer me. So at 6:15 he texts me and said I’ll see you in the afternoon. So after waiting and waiting I text him. No answer so I wait longer and text him again no answer. This is no way to treat people who are in need. Our fridge broke down back at Yellowstone and their service never called us. Now this guy!!! Who the heck you think you are to treat us like that. I guess we will try again next stop. Smh. Horrible treatment

Rolled into Moab Friday afternoon around 3 pm. RV had an issue 1.5 miles from the camp ground. Called this outfit to come look and repair. $300 later, still has same problem, the owner/Tech pretty much ignored my husbands messaging all weekend which is odd for a 24 hour mobile repair service, not to mention, theirs no other options in Moab. So if you are in Moab and need some RV service, best of luck, especially if you have to deal with this company. Update:7/28/20, we have emails that state you would change the fuel pump on Monday. They went to Grand Junction and got the fuel pump to save a days time. Yes they were going to attempt to do the repair. But did not have all the proper tools. On 7/18/20 you stated you would not be available til Monday to do the job. We even asked if we could bring it to your shop on Monday.On 7/19/20, you stated that No, you're gonna take it to that parking lot right there on the corner where you were when we got you off the highway, we're going to do it right there. After you backed out on 7/19/20 at 8:12 PM you told us to call Arches. Which we did the next day. Only to be told they cant do the work. We called 8 shops, no one could do thew work. At 8:16 am 0n 7/20, we texted you and told you that no one will do the work. That was our last text to you and we got nothing back. We have the whole text chain from the weekend should you still insist we are not telling the whole story.

Our RV propane tank regular developed a leak while we were in Page, Az. No repairs available there. Calling around, i happened upon this business. A happy voice answered and was so helpful and accommodating. Thanks so kuch!
