Worst Experience!! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Have used them in the past and had no issues, but not sure what has happened to them. Maybe COVID has hit this business harder then they could handle because when I went in May I was accused of breaking something that wasn’t even possible for me to bend how the owner accused. I was charged for replacement parts for something that was broken when they rented it out. Being a single female I feel like they targeted me and took advantage of the fact that I trusted them to only rent me a side by side that was in good repair. Talking to the owner was impossible about this as all he did was accuse me of breaking something behind the rear tire before he could even get close enough to actually see what he was referring to and told me I would either pay for it or he would call the cops. He then made it sound like he was cutting me a deal by only making me pay for half of what he claimed the entire charge should be, though if it really was something I broke why would he do this??? The truth is he was scamming me and was still making out by collecting half and then sending the machine out the same way to do this to someone else. I will never use this place again and if the business is that hard up for money then they should bow out gracefully and keep some integrity instead of allowing themselves to turn into a company that cheats people out of their hard earned money

Jason and staff are very professional and knowledgeable about must see areas and are expert riders/drivers! Their side by side cars are new(er), well maintained and accessorized appropriately for the local terrain. 5 star service and experience!

Wish I could remember the guys name that helped us, but he was very helpful and explained everything very thoroughly. Even helped us find a trail suited for us. Everything went smoothly and hassle free. We had a blast!!!

SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! We did a 2-day rental with Moab Side x Side. The side x side ran really well during both days, we stayed on the trails that were approved, followed the speed/shifting rules, etc. When we went to return the side x side the worker noticed some damage to the skid plate. We hadn’t noticed that until they pointed it out, but we didn’t mind paying for the skid plate. The weird part was that the worker took it for a test drive and then the owner took it for a test drive – even though there wasn’t anything wrong with the actual driving of the side x side. They came back and started taking the body off and lo and behold the clutch was worn out. Mind you, this is a vehicle with 4,000 miles on it that is probably rented out weekly by multiple people. A worn clutch is normal wear-and-tear – especially in Moab. They wanted to charge us for this clutch that we didn’t even damage. After debating it back and forth they slapped us with a $850 bill. There isn't much you can do when the company has your credit card hostage for $2,000. We asked for some driving logs and maintenance logs to prove we were the ones who ruined the clutch, and big shocker, he wasn't able to pull up the logs. We emailed them a few days ago with no response. I think they send out vehicles that need repairs and then stick you with the bill when you return it. I wouldn’t suggest renting from this company. They are scammers. Why would “cosmetic” damage to the skid plate lead you to inspecting the clutch unless you already knew the clutch was worn out?

I would give this company a “MINUS 5’ if I could!! The worst Customer Service we’ve ever experienced! First of all, I want to say I live in a small town & understand that some small businesses think their the only game in town and can do whatever they want. However, in our town people ran those types of businesses out and we have only reliable business owners. I belong to a organization that independently reports to Polaris for research & development. I will be reporting this Business practice for future review & recommending dissolving relationship with this company immediately! Jason promised to sell us parts. He said they would be there on Monday morning, we went there and one of his employees told us they weren’t open when the door was clearly open! It was 9:30am, the door was unlocked and open for Business! We explained that Jason was holding a few parts for us and that Jason knew we were coming to purchase them, his employees refused to sell the parts that were promised by Jason. He then told us Jason was out “riding” that day & he would return about 1pm, he said he’d let Jason know to call us when he returned to the shop. We called him about 5 times that day and left voice mails, no answer!!!! We’re still waiting! I guess business is that good. Running a business like this WILL catch up with him!!! We were on a road trip and scheduled to visit five destinations, we lost five days of riding waiting for this selfish, irresponsible Business owner! Do yourself a favor, drive to Richfield and give “Jorgensen‘s” your business!! They will do whatever you need, they’ll have you in and out of there quickly! Stay away from this company, they promise the Moon and won’t deliver!
