Great service at this place. I walked in needing some items and was greeted by friendly staff who showed me where I could find all the items. I’m use to the typical some one pointing in the direction of the parts. Wish I could find this kind of service back home.
I've stopped in 3x in one week to get a part & each time not a single staff member is wearing a mask.
This may be a family owned business and they may be nice folks, but I'm NOT risking my life during a global pandemic by shopping in a store where NO ONE is being safe, following the CDC protocols they have posted on the doors.
I called Corporate Headquarters and they assured me that ALL the staff should be wearing ppe and enforcing that with customers too.
Just know that if you need a car part, these guys may know how to help you, but they're all refusing to wear masks in there so you won't be safe while shopping. And I don't know about you, but I'm not about to risk my life to buy a turn signal light bulb...
Great family owned business. The employees actually know how to look up parts unlike some of the guys nextdoor.
