The response to the below comment is inadequate. My vehicle's age (15 years old) does not validate poor service, and the problem at hand is that you did not fix the noise that I came in for, after 2 attempts and furthermore returned the vehicle back to me acting as if you did something to resolve the problem I came in for. Whatever noise you claim to have worked on, was not the noise that I brought the vehicle in for service, and I never heard in the first place. Original review: I wish I had as wonderful experience like many of the other reviews indicate. My vehicle developed a loud clunking noise around the front. The first diagnosis given was bushing replacement. This service was completed. Unfortunately, after driving away from the shop and hearing the loud clunking right off the bat, I quickly learned that diagnosis didn't do the trick. Why would they give me back my vehicle without addressing that their diagnosis didn't fix the problem? That should have been a red flag but I wanted to trust them, I had good faith in them, so I returned to the shop to do a second inspection for the clunking noise. The lead mechanic drove my vehicle around, after which he came up with a new diagnosis. He said the issue had to be a loose bumper, that the bumper has become detached in areas making a clunk. With some stronger-tighter suturing, the loud clunking should reduce noticeably. Well.....I should have known better, the bumper has looked like it had that day for some time, but he seemed pretty sure of his diagnosis, so I approved a second round of work. The vehicle is returned to me. Immediately, as I drive off, the loud clunking noise. This is the second time my vehicle is returned to me without a conversation that the problem was misdiagnosed. I requested a refund for the second misdiagnosis. Their response was that they did work, they provided a service, and will not refund for their second misdiagnosis. I would argue that I came in to fix a problem, and that problem was not fixed in the least, and that their should be concessions due to a second misdiagnosis....I found their response of no refunds unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I also found that their returning my vehicle to me without telling me they didn't resolve the problem, twice, was unprofessional.

We had an oil change message on the dash of our brand new Sierra last year when we were exploring the beautiful state of Utah. On a recommendation from a service station in Moab we tried the spa. Fast and friendly, even though we had our 70-pound rescue dog with us. He was welcomed into the waiting area right along with us. Sorry to be so late, but we think very highly of these folks. These guys are awesome! Traveling through needed repair . they got me right in and was on my way. Would highly reccomend and will always use them if neefed a repair in Moab.

These guys did a great job fixing a frustrating exhaust rattle on my jeep. Super knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
