Came here to apply for a 1st US passport. I am always extra nice to customer service people because I want them to be nice to me and helpful. Unfortunately the lady helping me was unpleasant, and condescending. I payed for expedited service and 3ish weeks have gone by and i still haven't seen my passport book. I called the passport office to track it and they inform me that this place hadn't mailed until more than a week after i had gone in.

Came in and had questions about a Passport. Was told I could come to this office and to receive answers. But I was treated very poorly, and questions were not not listened to or fully answered. I did not get the help I needed, very disappointed in the staff here.
