Cindy is awesome. They found my windshield in a short time, cost was good. Have an older car. Caring for my mom and had an issue of being away from her. Cindy arranged to have one of their worker drive my car from Monticello to have the windshield installed and brought back to my home. Cindy went way beyond great customer service. Thank you for all your help and understanding.

While traveling across country we got a chipped windshield, we were staying in Moab for a week and called my insurance to let them know of the chip in my windshield. After reading reviews of local auto glass repair shops, I let my insurance company know that I wanted to use Rick's Glass. They contacted Rick's and then Rick's glass contacted me first thing Monday morning letting me know that I could bring my vehicle in anytime. I was able to pull right in and the repair was made..I would definitely recommend them.
Traveling Across the country and got a crack in my windshield and Ricks was able to work me in and get it taken care of immediately
