I bent a front brake disk on slick rock trail Friday evening on my KTM, was at Mad Bro when they opened Saturday morning with my fingers crossed that they would have a replacement. Unfortunately they didn’t have anything in stock, however Troy the only guy working that morning checked the part numbers from his personal KTM and mine and then offered up his rotor!! I bought a new one for him and he said “I’m not planning on riding this weekend so I can wait for the new one”. Then helped me torque bolts and make sure forks didn’t bind after re installing the front tire! One of the nicest most down to earth guys I have ever run across saved my weekend. Huge thank you to Troy. I will be back to Mad Bro everytime I visit Moab just to buy something after being treated so well.
My first time in town and I smoked a belt on my rzr. They had me up and going within an hour. Great service and affordable pricing. They worked around their schedule and squeezed me in so I could keep up with my group. Great Job Mad Bro
Traveling through Moab on my motorcycle, needed an emergency chain check and they made space for me on the fly to not only check but also replace it within the hour so I could be on my way (burning daylight you know...had 250+ miles yet to go that day). Seriously great service and attention to detail.
They were very helpful when I had an issue while traveling.
Not a very big shop and the prices are a bit high but for Moab it was pretty good. People were very helpful.
