Found my wedding dress here and it was perfect! Did I mention it was only $490! The woman who helped me went above and beyond finding dresses that were my style and in my budget. They genuinely don't care if you are buying cheap, they still do their best to help you. Staff was very friendly and the selection was INCREDIBLE! the whole place was very elegant and fun, I'd definitely recommend to all other future brides!

I would not suggest one enchanted evening if you want a true bridal shop experience. I already had my dress and visited the shop for a mother of the bride appointment. One, there were so many clients in the shop, yet it’s COVID? Two, we started off with one consultant who wasn’t exactly listening to what we were looking for. We showed her a “dress to beat” and she merely said she didn’t think she had anything like it (which wasn’t the question, we just wanted to show her the competition to see if she could wow us with something else). After about 2-3 dresses, she made us move rooms and handed us off to a different consultant. The new consultant never once even acknowledged us to the point that when we were ready for more dresses we just went and got them ourselves. We lasted all of 25 mins in the shop. When we decided to leave and go back for the other dress (at a different shop), no one stopped us and asked if we found what we were looking for, asked why we were leaving so soon, etc. all the front desk woman did was hurried up and said “let me get the door to let you out” (it was locked to adhere from walk-ins with COVID). There’s much better places out there; do not waste your time here.

The service is so personal and amazing. We had no time to make it into the store due to sports and cheer. Gabby worked with us and within a day pulled and shared every dress she found in the store in my daughter's size. She answered my emails promptly - and treated us as if we were in the store shopping under her care. My daughter's HOCO dress is amazing!!! I highly recommend this salon. Top NOTCH!

I got my wedding dress at One Enchanted Evening and it was an amazing experience. The employees were super helpful in making sure I found the dress of my dreams and the alterations staff made sure my dress fit perfectly! Would definitely recommend!

One Enchanted Evening has it all! They carry the most reputable in designer gowns, beautiful jewelry and accessories, and top notch customer service, as well as, professional seamstresses. You can't go anywhere else and have such a wonderful one stop shop when searching for that special wedding gown or event dress. One Enchanted Evening is by far the best in bridal and formal wear boutiques around! I can't recommend them highly enough!
