My husband bought me a jacket from Desert Wild as a gift while he was on a trip to Washington. We reside in Virginia. After trying it on, I called the next day to see if I could return it for a larger size. I was informed they were not taking returns due to covid. I asked if I could wait a couple of months until we have a vaccine. I won't wear it and I would leave the tags on. I was informed that I could only get a gift card if they could accept it at that time.
What a waste of money - I live in VA - not like I can go any time. Just a warning, if you buy someone a gift from an independent store owner. Check return policy, I'm sure this didn't even occur to my husband who was just buying a gift for me.
this is my absolute favorite store in moab! every time i visit i always make it a priority to go there. they update their inventory regularly and have THE cutest shirts & gear. the staff is very friendly and helpful. i hope they stay forever!
Great little shop that is unique in its inventory. Perfect place to find that special little gift or something for yourself to indulge. Owner is very friendly and goes the extra mile for her customers. As for the review of one star for asking you to wear a mask. Come on?! Just being responsible and she’s offering free masks!
