Great place for seniors. The Center at the Park is still serving meals to the community during this stressful time of Covid19. The staff is awesome.
The Adult day center is such a great place. My husband has Alzhiemers disease and loves this program. He is a service connected Veteran and feels safe and loves the activities. The staff are warm and treat all the folks there with such respect and kindness. They have a well planned activities program. It's so important to me for my husband to be safe when he is away from home. This is the place. Thank you ADC staff. We love you!
The Walla Walla Senior Center serves great food. I don't check the menu because I like to be surprised. They always seem welcoming, and the person dishing up your food is always accommodating. Seniors that go there are friendly and seem to be eager to meet new people. There are less dining room staff now but the ones on duty keep up and do a great job helping out those who need it the most.
The dinning room attendants argue. You can't eat in peace due to the gossip and drama. The food doesn't taste all that great. My chicken was bloody and undercooked. The building itself smells when you walk in. The problems were being taken care of and improving but this last week things have really gone down hill. (Report from my grandmother)
