I was greeted right away when I entered the store. When asked what I was looking for I explained that I had lost over 30 pounds and that I needed bras that fit better. I was shown into a private room where the woman measured my size. She asked me what I was looking for and brought me several bras to try on.nnEverything was going well or so I thought until the woman started telling me that I needed to lift weights and that I wouldn’t be able to loss anymore in my upper body area. She continued to tell me that everything was loose etc. I understand that I’m older and that my body has changed. I felt stunned and hurt. She seemed to be scolding me.nnWhen I had selected my bras, the younger sales woman came in and apologized for what the other sales woman said. The younger sales woman expressed her concern for her coworkers attitude and she encouraged me to continue on my weight loss. I thanked her for her kind words.nnI was very disappointed in the other sales women behavior. She didn’t seem to be well suited for working with customers.

The employees (Susan, LaToya, Bailey, for example)are ALWAYS fabulous: so helpful, take time with you, kind, know their stock. I would not buy lingerie/underwear any other place.

Best service and amazing bras. Everytime I went here for the last 10+ years the girls measured me and made fantastic recommendations. The bras and panties last a really long time. I grew out of things before they ever ripped, tore, or stretched. I NEVER had a bad interaction at this location.
