Went there and noticed discriminatory behavior from employess to almost all customers who entered the store. If I could give Zero stars, I would! Not a place to be shopping in 2020 or beyond!
Extremely impressed by how much work is being done during the pandemic. Safe environment, clean store, and friendly staff.
I shopped here, and my experience in the store was horrible. I witnessed a manager (or someone of higher authority) berating an employee because she wore her hair in a ponytail. Yep, read that again. I was so shocked and upset that I left without purchasing anything.

Came to the store with my daughter today looking for 00 short jeans. I was asked what we were looking for by an associate. So I said size 0 jeans, just so he could point out the jeans and we could decide what she wanted. NOPE! He picked out a pair of jeans and handed them to her. She gave me the normal teenage look of “I hate these”. So I said we are actually looking for a specific pair of size 00 short jeans. I was then very rudely told by the sales associate, upon looking at my daughter, “we have nothing here to fit her”. Well it just so happens she owns AE jeans in 00 short and the fit her just fine. I told him this and he said again in a very rude tone “those don’t exist” as he tried to hand her another pair of jeans that she obviously didn’t want. I think my daughter was fully capable of knowing which jeans to choose and knew if they would fit her or not. Rudest sales associate I have ever dealt with. Glad we are from out of town and won’t be returning to this store.
