Wow, Stan, a total professional. Went on Thursday morning to get suit for a next day funeral. Stan knew exactly what I needed. I am in sales myself and he employed logical, thoughtful upselling that did not waste my time. He must possess a good 50 years experience.nnStan is the man....thank you.
Recently, went in to look for a new suit, was shown three different sizes, none of which fit through the shoulders. None of the staff could be bothered long enough to even take a quick measurement to start with. Finally left in frustration as the salesperson dismissed themselves to help another customer.
Having to go back multiple times for fittings and payments (they won't take over the phone) is really cumbersome and bothersome. Especially since they won't take orders or do any alterations until you've paid, meaning that you have to make multiple trips just to get one item. I basically only use these guys when I have to for weddings. Don't get me wrong, the people are great, I'm just not a fan of how the business does things.
I get all my dress shirts and Jean's there. Quality good and friendly service. I'm older and they make me look very professional for my job.
Your consultant Darryl Parran was excellent to work with during my visit. From the moment I started talking with him I knew I was in great hands. He made my experience easy, smooth, and knew exactly what I was looking for without even saying much. I could tell he knew his stuff and wasn't surprised to find out that he had 25 years of experience doing it when I asked him. I will look forward to going back to Men's Warehouse just to work with Darryl! He is exceptional and I highly recommend anyone else to work with him.
