I bought a pair over the summer. About $75 so I thought I was getting a good pair of jeans. Unfortunately the inside thigh blew out after minimal wears and 7 months. I contacted customer service and they stated their policy is only to protect for 6 months. Bottom line - If you want to pay 2x as much for a pair of jeans that last for 1/2 as long, and to deal with subpar customer service to rectify, then Lucky Jeans is for you.
I haven’t purchased jeans in FOREVER. It’s sounds like a simple task...but it’s not. I was so grateful for the assistance that I had from Tamika at this store. I didn’t even know what size I was....and she guessed AND WAS RIGHT! Big thanks to Lucky for making this experience successful and FUN!
Love the jeans, wish they would go back to making the old styles, not liking all the skinny boy jeans
I like the Lucky brand, and the store doesn't disappoint. I was able to try on a few new styles. The sales people were helpful but not too pushy. They also had some very good in store deals.
The service is wonderful, the employee's are nice and super helpful. The clothes are amazing quality and though it is pricey, for the quality of the clothes it is worth it. I've shopped there more than once and I have NEVER been disapointed with my purchases
