This store doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve been in here three times and all three times the staff treated me like I didn’t belong in their store. The last time I stopped in, it was to return an online order. I handed it to an associate and another one came up and said in a nasty tone, “we need the card that was used to return.” I turned around and said, obviously. I got the impression that she was insinuating that I stole the merchandise. Incredibly rude and stuck up staff. Side note: Tory Burch is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND UNDERWHELMING. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

If I could hug every one of the workers here, I would. Unfortunately, though, I placed my order (and my exchange) over the phone. I spoke mostly with a girl named Keely (??) and she had some of the best customer service out there. Tory Burch customer care actually sent me to them when I placed an order direct from the website and it couldn't process, and I'm so happy they did!! They are so helpful and kind and friendly. Love them and I love my sandals :)

My wife entered the store interested in purchasing a hand bag. After asking a few questions about the different colors, the sales associate made a snarky/sarcasitic comment 'Are you familar with our brand', as my wife is presently wearing a tb sweater, and has been long loyal customer. We will not be back to this store. We will be buying online or Saks. Maybe.....

What's not to like. Wish they had more variety of merchandise in their store.
