I walked in today very upset over personal issues, and I asked one of the employees to help me pick a bath bomb.nI told them that I was upset and wanted to relax and calm down with a bath and they took the next 20 minutes to make my experience at this store absolutely positive and incredible. They got my mind off of my troubles, showed me some wonderful products, (was very knowledgeable and helpful), but overall was just a very kind, generous, lovely person who made my day so much better and had me smiling for the first time today for real. I can't express how much this simple interaction meant to me.nI don't know their name, or really anything, but if you see this. Thank you.
My teenage son insists we go here every time we go to the mall so he can smell everything. Sensory overload for the nose. We love their (not cheap!) products -- quality stuff. Staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. If you've never visited a Lush store and the idea doesn't appeal to you, stop in anyway and start sniffing around: it might change your mind.
This is truly an interesting place! They have a wide variety of different soaps, bath oils, and bath bombs. I’ve found some very nice ones, especially the seasonal ones. I just wish they had a larger store; it can get really crowded very fast there.

LUSH truly is an amazing place. Everything smells amazing, and the stuff is good quality. It's a little pricey, but considering the handmade aspect, it really like it. Plus, the staff are friendly, and the demos of bathbombs are epic.
