So the rating is for Google maps. We never went to Starbucks. Coffee Perk has been there for 25 years and is amazing! Starbucks decided to move in a few years ago directly in front of Coffee Perk (not nice). Coffee Perk has fantastic espresso and chai tea options - best coffee shop in Walla Walla.
There was a very well-mannered employee, tall, pale light colored hair. When he asked me for the name of my order I told him Sensei and he didn't laugh or seem to snicker. He was very professional and my order was done less than a minute. On my way out he gave me a nice farewell still addressing as Sensei. This Starbucks must be visited for not just fast service but having professional and well-mannered employees. Thank you to that guy who was cool that day 09/25/20 around 2pm
I mobile ordered my chai and it was done in 3 minutes. Great service and cute downtown location. Staff was great!
Horrible service for mobile app customers. No drinks after 30 min, and when reported for the 3rd time, suddenly our 4 drinks were found behind the counter.
Don't patronize here, as there are 3 more places, local, within 2 block area.
