I was posted as a security officer during the July 4th season. The operations of this store was incredible. I have never before worked amongst very organized and happy professionals in a retail setting before.nMy only regret is not posting this earlier.nI really want the Phanthom Corporate office to know that there manager, Brittany, is such an awesome manager. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable, a great leader that the company should be proud to have on their team.nDuring the chaos and the corona virus pandemic that young lady ran that store as if she had been doing it for 100 years and as if it was her very own business child.nTo have such a great member on your team that goes above and beyond the call of duty is rare and reward worthy.nGreat job Brittany and thank you Phanthom for bringing her to manage our Monroeville store.nThe entire team under her direction was fabulous.

An extensive display of wide range of fireworks. Has offered great discounts on Diwali. Felt welcome by the staff. They helped pick some of the safer fireworks for the kids.

Visited Phantom Fireworks for the first time today. I wanted to have some backyard fun, but on a budget. I went on their website and viewed items I was interested in. Well to my surprise, everything was 50% off. The selection was still good considering. Staff was friendly and helpful, will visit soon. Highly recommended! ud83dude0e

I went today 6/6/20 & got amazing customer service from an employee named Dale. He helped us multiple times as we made our way through the store and helped us pick out the perfect fireworks!nIf you go and he is working it's a guarantee he is going to help you in every way possible. All the employees are great but this one really stuck out to me !! Great customer service!!
