Courtney was an amazing instructor! We did an outdoor sunset yoga class and it was honestly the best yoga I've ever done. The site she picked was ideal, she had everything set up and it was a wonderful class where she incorporated both the people we were with and the amazing nature around us! I highly recommend doing an outside class, or at the very least going into the studio for some classes!
Such a great studio! The location is great and away from the busy noise of Moab but still conveniently close in town. Courtney is a great teacher and the studio has really welcoming vibes. Great variety of class types and really friendly people that attend
Love this new yoga studio. There are some really different and interesting classes, as well as all the classics. Highly recommend for anyone, beginner to advanced!
