We met Mark in 2016 by way of a letter with a simple post-it note attached. That one thing made him stand out from the rest. Mark was a great attorney the entire time we worked with him. He really took time going over our options (when frankly we felt there were none in a very bleak time of our lives) initially and throughout our ever changing case.nAfter several phone calls and questions were answered we chose to hire him. He was very attentive to our case as well as our questions as they would come up.nnHis staff was also great about helping us. Teresa (his wife) was a great source of help when Mark was out of the office. She helped us immensely on many occasions and was very polite, patient and fun to work with.nnI also had the pleasure of other staffs help and direction. Linda was a great help with other NON-case related questions. We had a serious family issue that she gave us outside resource direction to use which helped us more than you can know.nnAll in all, Mark is a top notch attorney with a very capable and awesome staff. PLUS...he's a dog person! Sophie (his sweet fur-baby) was a treat to meet during what was otherwise a very stressful day in court. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with financial problems searching for a great/personable and hardworking attorney and staff!

Attorney Moynihan and his staff are so very compassionate and kind. He was able to settle two of my debts without me having to appear in court, with no money owed to the creditor, and without filing bankruptcy. (I'm sure that avoiding bankruptcy is not possible in all situations) He and his amazing staff answered all of my questions, responded to my emails extremely quickly, treated me with dignity and carefully went through my options with me, ensuring that I was able to get the best result possible. The process was quick, efficient, painless, and effective. If you find yourself in a life situation beyond your means and need help, I have no doubt that Attorney Moynihan will find the best course of action for you, and that you will be treated with compassion and dignity.
