Had my generac 13kw installed today. The crew was very polite, very professional and answered any questions I had. Was very pleased with their installation work and how quick they got the job done. Will recommend you to anyone I know who's looking to install a generator. Thanks for a great job and well done.

I assume they're out of business because I can't get a return call to save my life. I called over a month ago and left voicemails with several people about needing service on my generator. No calls back. I sent an email. No reply. I called again 2 weeks ago and someone actually answered, couldn't get me what I needed, but left a message with the person that could and said I would get a call back. I never did.nnThey're either out of business or business is so good that they can ignore some customers.nnI regret using them.

The installation went smooth and quick ! All of the workers were very polite and professional.nThe unit comes on weekly for it's test.nAbout two months ago the power went out but the unit did not function properly.nI was walked through by a tech man as to how to start it.nThe unit was fixed the very next day.nBut it happened again yesterday and I could not get in contact with anyone .this morning contact was made but all the techs were already gone for the day on various jobs.nThe problem is in the transfer switch not the generator.nAm I happy ? NO !!!!!nWaiting on a response.nBUT WAIT THERE IS GOOD NEWS!!!!!!nThe tech came today mid morning and determined the problem but he ran into a little dilemma and called for backup.nThree more men came and they all agreed with the first tech but were wondering how moisture was getting into my transfer box.nThe big guy ,Mike,determined that the moisture was entering my main electric neutral cable and following it down into the box and dripping onto the part that was failing because of the moisture.nThe problem will be fixed soon and my generator is fine.nThey did try to call me back on Tuesday but dialed the wrong number and...that is a story for another day.nAm I happy?YES!!!'
