They have all their doors closed but nothing posted outside. You have to walk all the way to the door. Being handicapped it was not a great experience. I won't be going back anytime soon.
My entire family has been having problems with the pharmacy for years, like when they shorted my grandfather on Percocet. For the past two months, they completely messed up my prescriptions. Most recently, I called Wednesday for a refill and they said they’d call my doctor. Three days later I go to pick them up, only to receive one of my prescriptions. So I mentioned the other two and I hear “sorry. We’ll have to call Monday.” You said you would call Wednesday. It may not seem like a big deal but when I said I needed them I needed them: anti seizure medication and antidepressants, that I’m very dependent on to function and not kill myself. This isn’t a restaurant where mistakes are welcome like forgetting a side of ranch, people’s health depends on you. They have also been late numerous times with my mothers blood pressure medication; that’s not okay. Once or twice maybe but there is always an issue. Go back to stocking soups.
As a newcomer to the neighborhood, I am getting more and more comfortable shopping here... the staff is very corteous and helpful, certainly a one-stop location for your shopping needs!
I go to this store about 5 out of the 7 days of the week. I always have a very pleasant time. The cashiers , deli, meat department and the stockers make me feel like going back
I love the convenience and simplicity of the McDonald Giant Eagle. Small enough that I don't have to walk miles and big enough to have everything I need!!!
