I just received my offer call about 2 weeks before they hearing Date. The man I spoke to answered my questions, gave his opinion on the matter and what could happen. I accept the offer as it is the highest I was able to go. Up to now, I sent numerous emails for updates, within 24 hours of each email, they responded and answered my questions. It is definitely worth coming to this Firm to get things fixed.

Mr. Silverman & his staff we wonderful throughout the process in recovering the lost value of my car. I did not go in to the situation expecting to ever make up the time/money/frustration I had dumped into my vehicle. Mr. Silverman's practice patiently led me through all the documentation I needed, how to handle calls from the dealership & manufacturer, and did not back down when they met with the manufacturer. I am happy to report that they did a phenomenal job recovering the lost value of my vehicle--far exceeding what I had hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a lemon/manufacturers warranty issue.
