After searching for sometime for a legal firm with knowledge and credibility regarding Will & Estate planning, I chose American Wills and Estate. I’m so thankful I did! Lloyd Welling was extremely informative and a pleasure to work with. He fully addressed all my concerns, questions and legal issues.nAlthough, my needs regarding preparing my personal Will was a little more complicated than anticipated.nMr. Welling’s legal knowledge was easily able to address all my final decisions, concerns regarding my family and real estate. Lloyd was so friendly and professional. He took a difficult time and made it seem effortless. After everyone telling me it would take over a year to settle my fathers estate, one visit with Lloyd and 30 minutes in the courthouse everything was done! 2002 was the first appointment that I had with American Wills and Estate; experiencing the polite, friendliness of the office and staff calmed my nervousness. Meeting Lloyd Welling , his intelligence and professionalism were evident through his humor and ability to put people at ease. Over the years, I have recommended others to him. Lloyd has always provided the expertise to see the entire situation and its needs and provided the means to accomplish the best result. The kudos that I received from those that I have sent to Lloyd, only confirms my opinion. Lloyd Welling is professional, polite, sees the bigger picture than what is being presented, and has the education and knowledge of how to build the best will or estate plan needed for each situation.

In these uncertain times, you need someone who can light the dark and scary path of uncertainty and also be able to explain the things that seemingly have limited clarity. Attorney Lloyd Welling and the Folks at American Wills & Estates explained things, Got straight to the point , and also told us exactly what needed to be done not what others would want us to do for the sake of financial gain. I HIGHLY Recommend them and all the services they provide.
