I recently went to this location to rent a tuxedo for an event. I was unhappy at the wait time (appr 45 minutes) to get taken care of and pick up my rental. I understand there are hold ups with social distancing and store capacity. When I was finally taken care of, the manager, JJ, gave outstanding customer service and I did not have any issues with the test fitting. JJ made my one star experience a five star.
Excellent customer service and advice by a professional and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to help my fiancé find the perfect suit for our wedding... and any other occasion!
