Since Burger and Green decided to settle on a onset date more than 2 years after the actual onset date,,PROVEN by more than one dr with more than 1 positive test for a couple different qualifying disabilities..!Not only did I get screwed out of about 19 months of back pay,but that or more of Medicare benefits..That’s what they call fighting for Every penny you deserve..and to top it all off,they’ll send you a bill for them acquiring medical records..but I’m sure somewhere-somehow they get a kickback from government for allowing them to basically steal $25,000 plus of the working mans money that he worked his whole life for..ya spend your life savings expecting yo be repaid with your own backpay..just to lose it all again... I’m sorry,but I wouldn’t recommend this firm for a disability claim..it’s supposed to be easier to get disability at age 50,but when time comes,,they’ll tell you it’s 53 or however many years they can take from you..

Asked them to call me back. Yes, as of now I have counsel. No my my current counsel is not doing anything for me. I wanted a new perspective. I don't want to cut all ties and leave myself in limbo. Please, of you can help, tell me, of you can't, tell me.
