I don't normally write online reviews when it comes to the various types of services that I have used, but this type of service is very different. I have experienced firsthand just how difficult it can be for a person to select a Defense Attorney. I honestly never expected or intended to find myself in a position where I needed the services of a Lawyer. When I initially began my search for a Defense Attorney after becoming involved in the Judicial System I was stunned at how some Individuals I contacted presented themselves in a way that I could only describe as ignorant, abrasive, and unwilling to understand or even listen to the situation and my concerns. There can be a great deal of stress involved concerning not only the Legal Issue but also the possibility of financial strain from hiring someone to help you before during and after the Court Date. From my very first conversation with Mr. Wyland I felt as if I had been heard. Mr. Wyland made a point of being orderly with all plans and timely with contacting me. He was always honest and upfront about the Legal case that was being presented as well as the Financial aspects of his employment. I felt extremely comfortable and prepared far in advance to the date of the hearing, knowing that my case had been fully reviewed with me and without me, which on those days I received calls providing me with updates and additional information. Jacob Wyland is the ONLY lawyer I would refer a friend to. I walked into a very large case, but reaching out to Jacob was the best decision I could've made. He turned an awful situation into the best case scenario. I didn’t think this good of an outcome was even possible. Communication=phenomenal! When I first met Jake. My son and I where in the courthouse by ourselves without a lawyer the court-appointed Jake to help my son in his defense. I I was beside myself when Jake read the complaint and took the time that another lawyer did not take it I don't want to mention any names and was able to determine my son's rights were violated and was able to overturn the case we talked about it all the time. Jake is a very smart I'm very patient and I appreciated him for his services. Then I got in trouble with the law and no doubt Jake did his best to help me 2 have and I'll come that was something I can live with try this hardest to turn it over unfortunately was not able to get it turned over but was able to reduce my sentence and I was happy with the outcome I would recommend Jake to anybody that has a criminal case Jake is very reasonable and he does not cut corners gets back to you and I know I'm kind of all over the board but he's number one in my eyes thank you again Jake

Jacob has not only shown his upmost professionalism, but he got my traffic citation case dismissed!!! What a guy!! I didn't even show up at my hearing because I totally forgot because of my crazy work schedule. But he totally took care of it without me being there. I HIGHLY recommend him for anything as far as traffic tickets go. He is very responsive with his business as well. He gets back to you the same day. Not days after like most law firms do.
