Rude ppl here.. wanted a gift for my wife and was treated poorly. Michael Kors treated me fantastic!
Went in tonight ready to purchase a handbag. Unfortunately, the staff was huddled up in a circle (3 or 4 of them) talking about DRUGS and did not help me. I was disgusted and walked out. They didn't even greet me. Lol.
I ordered a purse for my mother in law for Christmas. I was having trouble with the website. I finally got it to work and apparently the shipping address defaulted to mine not hers. I called ASAP to tell customer service who were very nice. Except the next day I got an email that said sorry we can’t do that. Also told to contact the carrier and have them resend to correct address. Terrible customer service.
Great staff, excellent customer service.
A small store, but they manage to fit everything you could possibly want. Different sizes/sub-styles may have to be ordered, but the staff is pretty helpful in getting you sorted.
