Pretty good, and fair prices. I've never seen anything really high end or unique in the 10+ times I've been here, but I understand they're catering to their local demographic who wears brands like J. Crew, Michael Kors, white House Black Market, and other brands like those. They're doing a good job of it, and everything is always in very good condition. They have a good selection of all accessories and shoes too. I have purchased something every time I went, most times a whole bag actually. I think they do have some high end purses behind the counter though. The owner is a doll and their customer service is good. I see the bad reviews are simply from people who were mad they didn't take their things. Figures.
Didn't know this place existed until yesterday. It's lethal, I resent how close it is to my house. I'm trying to not buy new clothing for environmental reasons, and a well-curated used clothing shop like this is an ISSUE for me. Strong recommendation, good selection, well laid out.

I stopped to sell a couple designer handbags. The frumpy owner who had no idea how to authenticate told me that my bags were not real, as I bought them at the Ross Park Louis Vuitton. It wasn't bad enough that she insulted me, she did it in the middle of her sales floor. In front of other customers. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I came back after dropping my bags off..A lady who was shopping had on my 2800 bag. I will never go back.
