I called this company for ac service from a list on my manufactures repair technician list when my ac stopped working.The technicians did come out in a timely manor they hooked up gauges to my ac said it was over charged,and proceeded to drain 3 # of refrigerant from the system into the air.After that they said the compressor was defective and would need replaced.If they would have actually taken the side panel off of the unit they would have clearly seen the shorted wire that caused the issue.Instead of draining out refrigerant for no reason when all that needed done was a wire changed.I highly do not recommend it will cost you extra!!!
