Phoenix boutique, (and Jackie!) are seriously the best. She's an absolute doll, and her items are top notch. This is one of the best (or the best!) consignment shops in Pittsburgh, very fair pricing and always stocked with unique, designer items in amazing condition. My mom and I have shopped here for years - we love to support local, sustainable fashion, and we love a deal - and we both always leave with huge bags full of treasures for around $200! Anyone who would complain about this shop or Jackie either doesn't understand consignment, or simply cannot be satisfied. Period. I've been here 10+ times and couldn't find something to complain about if I tried. The store is clean with a great boutique vibe and her customer service is great too. All around awesome, something for everyone and every budget!n*edit to respond to Jackie - you're very welcome, but it was a review that you deserved. Its obvious that you're a hard worker, ethical, and take pride in your boutique. See you soon!

First time visiting and I'm so glad I did. Really nice variety of brands and the owner was soooo nice to talk with. My only disappointment was there weren't many pieces in L or XL to choose from. Will definitely check back in the future though!

Fraudulent! Do not shop here. She sold me fake Chanel and refuses to communicate with me. This shop is a full scam.
